As we reflect on 2025, we’re reminded that strong brands aren’t built through noise or novelty, they’re built through clarity, consistency, and thoughtful execution over time.

This year challenged organizations to sharpen their messages, focus their resources, and show up with intention. We’re grateful to the clients and partners who trusted Villing+Co to help them do exactly that.

As we look ahead, 2025 also marked an important internal milestone for us. After years of carrying a small red horse as a quiet symbol in our work, Villing+Co is preparing to enter its next chapter as Red Pony Marketing. The name will change, but the team, the relationships, and the way we work will not.

The transition more closely aligns our name with who we’ve become: a focused, strategic partner built for clarity, resilience, and long-term growth.

We’re proud of the work completed this year, but even more proud of the relationships built and the trust earned along the way.
